Criteria

Product Type

The different product types we can custom-make are the following:

  • Rugby Bibs (And other sports too)
  • Drink Bottles
  • Rugby Kicking Tees
  • Flags / Padded Flags
  • Goal Post Pads

And more! If you have a specific product you'd like to make please tell us in the "additional comments" field on the enquiry form.

Minimum Order Quantity

Our minimum order quantity depends on product type, some products can be as low as 4 units, others as low as 50, minimum quantity is per design & size.

For example:

- Design 1, Product 1: 50 Units.

- Design 2, Product 2: 4 Units.

*Cannot combine sizes & designs under MOQ.

Preferred Delivery Method

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Air Freight: Faster, more expensive. Average lead time is 8-10 weeks.

  • Sea Freight: Slower, cheaper. Average lead time is 5-6 months.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing will vary depending on quantity and type of product chosen. Exact numbers on this can be obtained after requesting a quote.

We offer tier discounts on the more quantity you order:

  • 100 units: 5% OFF.
  • 200 units: 10% OFF.
  • >350 units: Can be discussed via email.

Payment can be done via direct bank transfer or credit/debit card. We require full payment upfront before starting the manufacture of the products.

Worldwide Shipping

We can ship worldwide,

For Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand no extra costs (apart from freight) apply, we're business registered in those regions.

For the rest of the countries, import duties & fees will apply, these will vary depending on the country. This can be worked out on the quote.

Design & Colour Template

We provide our customers a default design template to make the process painless for you, however, it is possible to print a custom design you provide us, this can be discussed via email after submitting the enquiry.

Please note: Pantone colours are used during product manufacturing, if your club/school/organisation doesn't have its colours in pantone variants we'll find the closest code to match it. (We'll email you about this)

Liaise with our team

After the enquiry is sent, we will contact you to discuss design expectations and additional details if needed, after that we'll generate a quote for you.

Receive & approve quote

You'll receive a quote within 48 working hours after confirming the details on the previous step. We'll wait for your approval, quotes have a validity of 60 days.

Receive & approve artwork

After the quote is approved, we'll send you a draft mockup of the artwork based on your requirements, we'll be able to make adjustments to the design if needed.

(We might ask you to send us your logos in vectorized/editable format)

Place order & receive your custom products!

After the artwork is approved, you can place the order.

We require full payment upfront before proceeding with the order, this is strict company's policy as custom balls are not re-sellable on the market.

Delivery times will vary as per criteria based on delivery method chosen and external factors like sea/air ports traffic load at the time of shipping.
